MEMS-Based DC Current Sensor
This project develops a MEMS-based DC current sensor with closed-loop magnetic force feedback, designed to minimize stress relaxation effects and ensure the sensor operates within the linear region for accurate and stable current measurement. The sensor offers high precision, compact form factor, and low power consumption.
