Gantry Based Acid Barrel Automation System
This project develops an automated nitric acid pumping and drum rinsing system that isolates the drum during operation, reducing operator exposure, improving safety, and automating acid handling in surgical glove production at Ansell Lanka (PVT) Ltd. The gantry-based system features precise positioning, automated pumping sequences, and integrated safety interlocks.
